The programmer, dictates the program on how it should work..
The code usually do the other way around until deadline strikes.. >:)
You have chosen a nice quote. Let me relate this to daily life. It's easier for others to tell us what should be done but the burden will be on ourselves to carry it out. I might be wong but anyway, I like this quote.
